Project Manager
Quality Assurance Specialist
Project Manager, Clinical Trials Services
Summary of Position
Responsible for project schedules, timelines, customer communications and project documentation. The successful candidate will be an important part of the Arrowhead Account Services team and will work closely with customers and with internal teams
- Requirements gathering
- Document customer requirements
- Project Management
- Organize, direct, and coordinate planning all project activities, deliverables and resources.
- Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets.
- Document compliance with internal operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management
- Manage multi-discipline teams of internal & external resources.
- Interact and communicate regularly with team and client staff.
- Participate vigorously in decision making processes.
- Embrace decisions and accountability for results.
- Project Delivery
- Manage delivery of ePRO Log solutions.
- Assure that the work product and project deliverables are of the highest quality and satisfy client expectations.
- Assemble necessary documentation and records.
- Conduct quality assurance tasks in close coordination with the QA department.
- Training
- Manage updates to the training curriculum and materials
- Train end users via on-site group meetings and WebEx remote meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years experience as a clinical trials project manager
- Minimum 6 completed projects as a clinical trials project manager

Quality Assurance Specialist, Software Development
Summary of Position
Arrowhead seeks a professional to execute software test plans and ease efforts of fulfillment department.
The successful candidate(s) must have superior written communication skills and a solid understanding of the software testing process. They must be capable of implementing effective testing for a range of projects- from highly structured projects requiring very formal documentation to informal projects requiring less formal (but still effective) quality control.
While 85% of time is devoted to Quality Assurance there will be a 15% time contribution requirement to our fulfillment department. The successful candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to follow Quality Control protocols.
Additionally, they must be able to communicate and work effectively with others in a team environment and take responsibility for tasks critical to the team’s success. They must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and wearing multiple hats when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in working in either quality assurance or software development environment.
- Experience with defect tracking systems and documenting defects found in software.
- Previous experience writing/executing test cases and recording results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of development methodologies and quality assurance models.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable
- Experience working in a validated software development environment for medical applications or validating other systems to meet FDA requirements.
- Experience validating IT systems against user requirements
- Capability to work directly with customers during User Acceptance Testing
