Transmitting data from a patient’s home is a common point of failure for typical eDiary systems and has historically been the most frequent call support issue.

ePRO-LOG solves this problem by using redundant data transmission methods and by eliminating opportunity for human error (ePRO-LOG never requires patients to place a PDA in a cradle or to press a “send” button). These improvements result in 3,168 fewer expected data transmission failures for ePRO-LOG vs. typical eDiary solutions during a 6-month study with 500 patients¹.
